How to install your Mysignature in Outlook Web on outlook.com

    Copy your signature HTML

    Open the Mysignature dashboard, find your signature, and click Copy HTML.

    Open Outlook Web Settings

    Go to outlook.com and sign in. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner. At the bottom of the settings panel that appears, click View all Outlook settings.

    Navigate to Compose and reply

    In the full Settings window, click Mail in the left column, then click Compose and reply.

    Switch to HTML mode and paste

    In the Email signature editor, click the source code icon in the toolbar (or press Ctrl+Shift+X / Cmd+Shift+X on Mac) to switch to HTML view. Paste your copied signature HTML into the editor.

    Choose when to use it and save

    Check the boxes to automatically include the signature on new messages and replies. Click Save at the top of the Compose and reply settings page.
