How do I create an account?

Can I sign up with Google?

How do I reset my password?

Go to the Sign in page and click Forgot password. Enter your email address and check your inbox for a reset link. The link is valid for one hour. If you signed up with Google, use the Continue with Google button instead of a password.

Can I change my email address?

Go to Dashboard > Settings > Account and enter your new email address. A verification link will be sent to the new address before the change takes effect. If you cannot access your current email, contact support@clekzo.com.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Dashboard > Billing. Choose the plan that fits your needs and complete payment via Paystack. Your plan is upgraded immediately after payment is confirmed. If your plan does not update within a few minutes, use the Verify Payment option on the billing page.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. Go to Dashboard > Billing and click Manage Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, paid features are disabled until a new subscription is activated. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available within 7 days of a new subscription payment if you have not generated or installed a signature. Contact support@clekzo.com with your order reference number and reason for the request.

What happens when my subscription expires?

Paid features are disabled until a new subscription is activated. Existing signatures remain saved, but access to plan features such as premium templates, additional signatures, and team management is restricted.

Do you support centralised team billing?

Yes. The Team and Business plans include centralised billing for all members under one organisation. A single invoice covers your whole team. Members do not need their own subscriptions.

How do I create my first signature?

Yes. Starter, Team, and Business accounts can create and manage multiple signatures, for example one for new emails and a shorter one for replies.

How do I update an existing signature?

Go to Dashboard > Signatures and click the signature you want to edit. Make your changes, click Save, then click Copy HTML again. Re-paste the updated HTML into your email client signature settings. The old version is replaced.

What image formats and size should I use for my profile photo?

JPG, PNG, GIF, and WEBP are all accepted. For the sharpest result, use a square image (1:1 ratio) at a minimum of 130x130px. PNG files with a transparent background are fully supported. Images are automatically resized, optimised, and served from a secure CDN in all your signatures.

Why does my signature look different in Outlook?

Outlook uses the Microsoft Word rendering engine, which has limited CSS support. All Mysignature templates are optimised for Outlook compatibility. If you see specific layout issues, check the Outlook guides at /guides/outlook-desktop or contact support.

How do I invite team members?

Go to Dashboard > Team > Invite Member. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite and choose their role (Admin or Member). They receive an invitation email with a link to join your organisation.

What is a team template?

A team template defines a base signature design and content that all team members use. Owners and Admins can lock specific fields, such as the company name and logo, to enforce brand consistency. Members fill in their own personal details within the approved structure.

Can I lock certain fields for my team?

Yes. When editing a team template, toggle the lock icon next to any field. Locked fields cannot be changed by Members. Unlocked fields can be personalised by each team member individually.

How do I remove a team member?

Go to Dashboard > Team, find the member in the list, and click Remove. Their account is unlinked from your organisation but not deleted. They retain their own personal account data and any signatures they created before joining your team.

What roles are available in a team?

Three roles: Owner (full access including billing, can manage Admins and Members), Admin (can invite and remove Members, manage templates and branding), and Member (can create and edit their own signatures within the team constraints set by the Owner or Admin).

My signature is not showing in Gmail. What do I do?

Check that you pasted the HTML into the correct signature slot in Gmail Settings > General > Signature. Make sure the signature is set as the default for both New emails and Replies/forwards under Signature defaults. Clear your browser cache and reload Gmail. If the issue persists, try copying the HTML again from Mysignature and re-pasting.

Why are my images broken in Outlook?

Images in email signatures must be hosted on a publicly accessible URL. Mysignature hosts all images automatically on a secure CDN. If images are broken, check that your profile photo uploaded correctly in the signature builder. Also confirm that your organisation firewall or email security tool is not blocking external image URLs.

My profile photo is cropped or distorted. How do I fix it?

The signature builder crops profile photos to a square (1:1 ratio). If your photo appears cropped, it is likely not square. Crop it to equal width and height in any photo editor before uploading. Aim for at least 130x130px for sharpness on high-density screens. If you see a black background where transparency should be, re-upload the file as a PNG rather than a JPG.

I am not receiving the invitation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. Add mysignature@clekzo.com to your safe senders list. If the email still does not arrive after 10 minutes, ask your team owner to resend the invitation from Dashboard > Team. If the problem continues, contact support@clekzo.com.

My signature HTML looks different when I paste it. Why?

Accepted Answer

Some email clients strip or modify HTML when you paste into the compose window. Always use the Copy HTML button in Mysignature and paste into the signature settings editor of your email client, not the compose area. In Gmail, paste into Settings > General > Signature, not a new email.
