Service Delivery Policy

1. Overview

Mysignature (mysignature.clekzo.com) is a digital subscription-based platform operated by Clekzo Studio (Pty) Ltd, Johannesburg, South Africa. No physical products are sold or shipped. All service delivery occurs digitally through access to the platform and its features.

2. What You Receive

When you subscribe to a paid plan on Mysignature, you receive access to the features included in that plan for the duration of your billing period. This includes, depending on your plan:

  • The ability to create and manage professional HTML email signatures.
  • Access to premium templates and branding customisation tools.
  • Team and organisation features where included in your plan.
  • Ongoing platform updates and improvements during your subscription.

3. Access After Payment

Access to your subscribed plan is granted immediately or within a short period after a successful payment is processed. In most cases, your plan activates within seconds of payment confirmation from our payment provider, Paystack.

If your payment is confirmed but your plan has not updated within a few minutes, please log out and back in to refresh your session. If access is still not available, contact us at studio@clekzo.com with your account email and payment reference number.

4. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete when you can access the features included in your subscribed plan on the platform. You will also receive an email receipt from Paystack confirming your payment. No additional shipping confirmation is required or applicable, as this is a fully digital service.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep Mysignature available and accessible at all times. Occasional downtime may occur for maintenance, infrastructure updates, or unforeseen technical issues. Where planned maintenance is required, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.

If you experience a sustained service outage during a period you have paid for, contact us at studio@clekzo.com and we will investigate and assist. Verified access failures due to platform issues may be considered for a refund or account credit in line with our Refund Policy.

6. No Physical Shipping

Mysignature does not sell or deliver any physical goods. There is no courier, postal, or physical delivery component to this service. All access, features, and deliverables are provided digitally through the platform at mysignature.clekzo.com.
