1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to the site owners. Cookies may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (stored on your device for a set period).

2. Cookies We Use

Mysignature uses the following types of cookies:

  • Essential cookies: Required for the service to function. These include your session token that keeps you signed in and security tokens that protect against cross-site request forgery. You cannot opt out of essential cookies without losing access to the service.
  • Preference cookies: Remember your settings such as theme preference (light or dark mode). These are stored locally and are not transmitted to our servers.
  • Analytics cookies: Help us understand how users interact with Mysignature so we can improve the product. We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not track you across other websites.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some features of Mysignature involve third-party services that may set their own cookies. For example, if you sign in with Google, Google may set authentication cookies governed by their own privacy policy. Our payment processor, Paystack, may set cookies when you complete a payment. We do not control third-party cookies. Refer to each provider's privacy policy for details.

4. Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to Mysignature.

For guidance on managing cookies in your browser, visit the support pages for Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.

5. Contact Us
