Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy governs all purchases made on Mysignature (mysignature.clekzo.com), operated by Clekzo Studio (Pty) Ltd, Johannesburg, South Africa. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Monthly Billing

All paid plans are billed on a monthly basis via Paystack. Your subscription renews automatically on the same day each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive an email receipt after each successful payment.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your paid features until the period ends.

We do not charge cancellation fees. Once cancelled, no further charges will be made.

4. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once service access has been provided. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid further charges.

Exceptions may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors caused by a technical fault.
  • Verified technical issues that prevented you from accessing the service during a paid period.
  • Charges made after a cancellation was properly submitted.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge in question. To request a refund, contact us at studio@clekzo.com with your account email and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible.

5. Plan Changes

If you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, the new rate applies from the next billing date. If you downgrade, your current plan features remain active until the end of the billing period, after which the lower tier applies. No pro-rata adjustments are made.

6. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise plans with custom pricing are governed by a separate agreement. Refund and cancellation terms for enterprise customers are set out in the signed contract between Clekzo Studio (Pty) Ltd and the customer.
