Terms of Service

By accessing or using Mysignature (available at mysignature.clekzo.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including individuals, teams, and organisations.

Mysignature is an online email signature generator that allows users to create, customise, and export HTML email signatures for use in email clients. The service is provided by Clekzo Studio. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

To access most features, you must create an account using a valid email address or a supported OAuth provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at studio@clekzo.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• Use Mysignature for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or abusive content.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without written permission.
• Impersonate any person or organisation in your signature content.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Mysignature offers paid subscription plans billed on a recurring basis (monthly) through our payment processor, Paystack. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law or as described in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

All software, design, templates, and content within Mysignature (excluding content you provide) are the intellectual property of Clekzo Studio and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you create using Mysignature, including your signature designs and any text or images you upload. By using the service, you grant Clekzo Studio a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clekzo Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use Mysignature.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) fifty US dollars (USD 50). The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for breach of these terms, with or without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings section of your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention schedule.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the use of the service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
