Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, build a signature, or contact us for support. This includes your name, email address, job title, company name, phone number, website URL, and any other details you enter into the signature builder. We also collect a profile photo if you choose to upload one.

We automatically collect certain usage data when you use Mysignature, including pages visited, features used, browser type, operating system, device type, and IP address. This data helps us improve the product and diagnose technical issues.

We use your information to provide, operate, and improve Mysignature. Specifically, we use it to create and manage your account, generate your email signature HTML, process subscription payments, send transactional emails such as invitation and password reset messages, respond to support requests, and analyse how the product is used so we can make improvements.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We share your data with a limited number of trusted service providers who help us operate Mysignature:

• Neon (database hosting): stores your account and signature data securely.
• Cloudflare R2 (file storage): stores profile photos and signature assets.
• Paystack (payment processing): handles subscription payments. We do not store your card details.
• Resend (email delivery): sends transactional emails on our behalf.
• Vercel (hosting and deployment): hosts the Mysignature application.

Each provider is contractually bound to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it for longer. Billing records, for example, are retained for 7 years for tax compliance purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• The right to access the data we hold about you.
• The right to correct inaccurate data.
• The right to request deletion of your data.
• The right to restrict or object to processing.
• The right to data portability.
