How to install your Mysignature in Outlook on Desktop app

    Copy your signature HTML

    Open the Mysignature dashboard, find your signature, and click Copy HTML.

    Open Outlook Options

    Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer. Click File in the top-left menu bar, then select Options from the left-hand list.

    Go to Mail and open Signatures

    In the Outlook Options window, click Mail in the left sidebar. Then click the Signatures button on the right side.

    Create a new signature

    In the Signatures and Stationery window, click New under the list of signatures. Type a name for your signature and click OK.

    Paste your signature HTML

    In the Edit signature area at the bottom, right-click and choose Paste Special, then select HTML. If Paste Special is not available, click the HTML icon in the editor toolbar. Paste your copied HTML.

    Set as default and save

    Under Choose default signature at the top of the window, select your new signature for both New messages and Replies/forwards. Click OK to save.
