How to install your Mysignature in iOS Mail on iPhone and iPad

    Note: iOS Mail supports plain text signatures only

    The built-in iOS Mail app does not render HTML signatures. Your signature will appear as plain text. For a fully formatted signature on iPhone or iPad, use the Outlook app for iOS or Spark for iOS, both of which support HTML signatures.

    Open iOS Settings and tap Mail

    On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app. Scroll down and tap Mail.

    Tap Signature

    Inside Mail settings, tap Signature. You can choose to use one signature for all accounts or set a different signature per account.

    Type your plain text signature

    Tap inside the signature field and type your name, title, company, and contact details as plain text. iOS Mail does not support pasting HTML. Keep it short and clear.
